Jared told me not to talk about him on this blog cause he's kinda embarrassed, but seriously, like I'm not going to...OK, since we've had kids we've never picked up the "date night every week" rule cause maybe the budget has been tight, we've been tired/lazy, the budget was tight, we're busy, and the budget was/is tight ~ However, after Jared's two weeks of working around the clock he announced that it was time that we scheduled a babysitter every weekend. I was like, "UH, YEAH!" SO, it's been about 3 wks now and we've gone out every Sat. night. Can I say that it is the best thing EVER? Sweet Jared was feeling so bad about leaving me those 2 wks and with all the love notes and phone calls and longings I was throwing his way, etc. he stepped it up and I am stoked. (To add to the greatness...Kai LOVES having babysitters now. Payton not so much, but whatever!) Anyhow, we are actually getting good at dates to where we talk about things OTHER than our kids. It's like old times - me and Jared - just into each other! I have to say that not only is Jared the hottest thing I've ever seen...he is so fun to be with and always puts me first. I know I am cheesy, but I might think he's perfect...(for me)! What a gem. So sorry, Jared, this post is ALL about you! I LOVE YOU!
