It's been a while since I felt motivated to do a post. I'm just lazy about it, really. I swear, if it didn't take so long for my photos to upload I would do this way more often. Anyhow, I just sat here for a while and uploaded quite a few. So, get ready for a butt-load of pics! :)
We've been to the beach a bunch and have been really enjoying the beautiful weather. I'm so grateful to live so close to the beach. It's so nice to have a low cost, fun hearted, tiring activity that we can do as a family. I'm obsessed with Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach. I thank all the friends who keep going there with me. Anyone else who wants to come hang out with us there would be fantastic!!!
I came downstairs the other night and found Kai and Payton sitting on the couch like this. Payton is really into sitting on Kai's lap these days. Kai loves it, too. I am really lucky that these two get along so well. Sure, they have their moments like any siblings, but on the whole they are very affectionate. What more could a mom ask for?
While in Utah for Jared's brother's wedding, we all went bowling. Good ol Fat Cat's in Provo. The kids loved it and I loved seeing them in these bowling shoes. How cute that they even had a small enough size for Payton. Groovy!
Here is just a handful of favorites from the big wedding day of Trevor and Whitney. How sad that I didn't even get a good one of them. It was freezing that day and they were off getting their pics taken. It was such a busy day. I forgot all that goes into a wedding. Lots of family, lots of pictures...it was great! (I hope the friends we didn't get to see while in Utah will forgive me. It was such a whirlwind trip and we were so bummed we didn't get a chance to visit with anyone. )
And, last but NOT LEAST, are just a handful of some of the pictures we had taken by our good friend, Leah Wright. This girl is one of the most talented photographers I have ever seen. She really has an eye for it and such a cool style. It was hard to pick just a few to post cause all of them are so unique and fun. I am telling you...if you are EVER in Provo you should make a date with her. You will be thrilled. You can see more of her pictures on her blog. Her link is leah and geoff on my page! Thanks, Leah, you are incredible and we are forever grateful to have these!
